Surelia Wire-Cut Pvt. Ltd. is an integrated Tool-Room facility offering precision engineering job work for Dies, Jigs, Fixtures and high precision components for R & D. The unit is equipped with 3 Precision CNC Wire-C Machines supported by computer systems and software, measurement and inspection facilities etc. to take up Job work for cutting intricate dies, complex profiles, templates etc.

We also offer allied facilities of EDM Sinking and high-speed EDM Micro drilling through tie up with our associates who are equipped with 13 EDM Sinking (also called Spark Erosion Machines or RAM EDMs) and high speed EDM drill.

Entire unit is housed in a factory building admeasuring 3000 square feet, located in the heart of the city of Rajkot and in the Industrial area. (About 3 KM from the Railway Station or Bus Station. The oldest G.I.D.C. Industrial Estate is less than ½ km from the factory.)

Rajkot is the main Center for Mechanical Engineering Industries and ours was the first company to offer CNC Wire-Cut EDM facility. A very strict Quality Control with greater emphasis on Customer Education led to the establishment of our leadership in this field. Constant liaison with Customers and our expert guidance also created market for Wire-cut EDM jobs that were practically non-existent prior to establishment of our setup. Continuous upgradation of the machine shop and Design / Quality control sections has helped us to maintain our leadership till date.
